Cares About My Whole Being
I love the positive energy I feel when entering the office. It's so much more than just adjustments. The before and after stretches enhance the manipulations. Black and Gold cares about my whole being, not just the bones!

Amazing Experience
I've had an absolutely amazing experience so far. Everyone is really helpful and the flexible scheduling actually WORKS with my insane schedule. They are realistic. No magic bullets, just time and consistency. I feel like my long time back struggles that I have just blindly accepted can actually be fixed. Both Docs explain things wonderfully and spell out your treatment plan so it's easy to understand regardless of your background knowledge. I look forward to the rest of my treatment course here.

You Guys Are Awesome!
You guys are awesome! Everyone has always been very friendly and knowledgeable with me! I never feel like I'm asking a "dumb" question about my health or the care I receive as I always get a very patient and cordial response! The facility is very nice and is very convenient to the downtown Iowa City area. Keep it up!
